Tie Downs
The Tie Down is the "magnificent management tool." A tie-down is a leash or cable that is 2 to 3 feet long and is attached to an immovable object (like a piece of furniture, or an eyebolt that is placed in the wall) and to your dog's buckle collar. A tie-down teaches your dog that he cannot be a part of every interaction he wants to be a part of. It teaches your dog how to settle.
Unleashed Dog Training & Behavior Center strongly recommends the use of tie downs for the purpose of learning manners and self control. It also helps to housetrain your new dog or puppy.

Dragging Leash
The Dragging Leash is a cornerstone Management Tool at Unleashed Dog Training & Behavior Center. This dragging leash prevents your dog from establishing bad habits like darting out the front door into the street, or playing that dreaded game of "catch me if you can" around the dining room table.
Unleashed offers two options for your dragging leash, the 6ft nylon leash ($6.00) or the 6ft coated cable leash ($10.00) for those "Olympic Chewers." Both come in black.

Long Lines
How do I get off-leash control??
Effective use of a long line is the key to getting off leash control of your dog. Unleashed recommends the 30 foot Long Lines made by J&J Dog Supplies. These long lines are made of 1/2inch nylon webbing and a sturdy brass snap. The ½ inch width and the smaller buckle allow for a lightweight option that is less likely to get snagged on branches. With the combination of good training and a user-friendly long line, your dog will be coming off leash in no time!!
Please Note: We recommend the use of long lines on a flat collar only

We offer two low cost shipping options through the US Post Office for you to choose from. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight and destination of each order and will be displayed at checkout. Our shopping cart will calculate charges for the shipping methods available and give you the choice of method to select. If the item you've received is defective, or not what you ordered, please email or call Unleashed Dog Training & Behavior Center and we will absorb the shipping cost of the return. However, if you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, or prefer a different color, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
